HOW IT WORKS
The automated advisor handles common questions; a human always confirms availability, final price, and special arrangements.
Dates, guest count, children’s ages, and preferred area.
Space, bedding, transport, and family facilities.
We verify availability, price, and special requirements.
Not necessarily. The site shows a 12-month availability guide based on Airbnb calendar sync and manual updates, but “open to enquire” is not a confirmed booking. Sync can lag, so a human still checks your dates and guest count with the host.
Choose room(s), dates, and guest count on the enquiry page to estimate nightly fees, cleaning, and extra-person charges while checking the latest calendar. Each room’s base rate includes five guests; combined rooms add those included counts, and guests above the combined count cost JPY 1,000 per person per night. Discounts, final price, and booking acceptance still require human confirmation.
Start with Ueno 6F (up to 15), Ueno 5F (up to 11), or Kinshicho A (up to 15). The final match also depends on children, preferred bedroom/bathroom count, dates, and availability.
At Kinshicho you may request a baby cot, high chair, bath seat, and children’s tableware. Supplies are limited, so include the number of infants and required items; availability must be checked for your dates.
This site is for pre-booking consultation only and does not place a booking or charge you. After a human confirms availability, the final amount, and the official payment method, the guest pays 20% of the room fee as a deposit. The host provides the timing and method for the remaining 80% room fee and cleaning fee in writing. The booking is established after the host confirms receipt of the required payment. Do not pay an unverified account.
